Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to deliver


Shipping

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Our priority mail typically arrive within 2-5 business days of purchase; however we are not able to guarantee the speed of delivery by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are not responsible for items delayed by the USPS.

Once your BSCENE order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail along with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the tracking number at USPS.com.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages that are lost by a carrier or shipped to an incorrect address.  All orders are shipped using the USPS and cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • USPS GROUND SHIPPING: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS – Flat Rate: $8.95
  • FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50. Please note the subtotal must be greater than or equal to $50 in order to be eligible for free shipping. Taxes & other fees do not apply.
  • USPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: 1 BUSINESS DAY – $35

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address has been entered correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  We will try to make an attempt to contact you regarding the address error. We will hold the merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days.  After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some isolated cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.  Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We are here to assist!

All our shipments include Tracking information.  If your tracking information confirms that your item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information indicates the package has been delivered to your order address.

Return Policy

Lets keep this simple! If you are not fully in love with your new purchase, we’re happy to issue a BSCENE Store Credit for the cost of your item(s) under the conditions they are new, unaltered, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging. We will not accept any items that look used, worn or damaged- this is up to our discretion.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please  return your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice, preferably with a tracking number. TheSceneBefore is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Unfortunately there are no returns allowed for any sale/clearance items and Designer Handbags. All Accessories are FINAL SALES.

  • At this time, we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Online Credit:

•    NO CREDIT CARD OR CASH REFUNDS.

•    Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT
ONLY within 14 days of the day your package is
shipped.

Exchanges:

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

There are no exchanges for a different size, etc., as merchandise is usually a unique and one-of-a-kind item   at a premium listing.  Feel free to contact us via e-mail at thescenebefore@gmail.com with any questions or call 512-586-4151.

If you were sent incorrect/defective items or are missing items from your order, please let us know within three (3) days so that we may correct the order immediately. A photo of the damage/defective merchandise must be attached to your e-mail.  You will not be charged shipping in order to return the affected merchandise. You will receive an exchange for the correct item or return the item(s) for a full refund in the form of the original payment. If we are not notified within 3 days of your receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by indelicate care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Merchandise color and clothing patterns may vary due to lighting, computer resolution, camera exposure, etc. These situations do not qualify as defects, and if the item is returned, the buyer will pay return shipping costs. We are here to help.
